De vriendelijkheid van de staf.
Het hotel kan wedijveren met 4 sterren collega's die er dan bekaaider vanaf komen.
Zeer goed ontbijt, totaal geruisvrije kamers.
Lokaal personeel.
In het centrum en toch makkelijk met de auto bereikbaar. (Het centrum is autovrij).

Everything was as advertised. The staff contacted me directly to confirm my arrival time and to ask if I had any needs that night. It would be difficult to find a better location.
The bathroom shower could be a bit bigger, and could use some non slip tape.

Very close to many good restaurants. Nice little village for walks.
Free parking is good, but a little scarce.
Our room was too cold.
There was insufficient light shielding, so we woke up from the light.
Very poor sound proofing, we woke up when someone walked past the door and could hear what other guests did.
There was food leftovers/trash left in the fridge when we checked in.
Limited parking, we had to park at a neighbouring hotel despite being promised there would be parking.

Excellent localisation in middle of Bad Hofgastein, two big terraces facing south/west, close to Excellent Alpen Therme ( free of charge) and just walking distance 300 meter to lift Schlossalm
The weather could have bern better..Haha!

Very good breakfas buffet. Eggs and all types of coffee served at the table.
My room had a superb view and a small kitchen.

Just short visit - very nice accommodation. Perfect location in the center.The main advantage is the free entrance to the Alpenthermal. Breakfast was also good. Good price/value. Thank you!

The breakfast was perfect for me. Excactly what I expect from an Austrian hotel (no cheap ingredients. The Time was got easily enabling first lifts.

Breakfast was yummy, very friendly personnel, very nice and spacious rooms/apartment. The biggest pro for us was that we could go to the thermen everyday after skiing :-)
We thought by looking to the pictures that the lounge area and breakfast area would have been a bit more livelier and that we could meet other guests or take a drink or a book in the evening, but the pension is more like really nice apartments with a breakfast service. Nothing wrong with this, but if you're looking to wind down with a drink in the lounge this is not the place ;-)

the hotel was very nice and clean, but the best was the service, breakfast with a view was also perfect.

The room was very spacious and super clean. The balcony was huge and the view stunning. The check in very fast and uncomplicated. Breakfast offer was big and very delicious. Parking was simply possible at site. The owners were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
There was nothing negative at all.
