Potřebovali jsme rano rychle vyřídit celní deklaraci, ta se děla hned přes silnici. Takže poloha pro nás účel cesty skvělá. V restauraci dobre vaří.

The city is very depressing and reaching hotel was bit hard . Also windows are hard to open and it was windy and noise was very bad inside room from roof tooo

The location was good for me—the countryside.
I booked a room with a bathroom but got a room for disabled people with a shower. The staff ignored my claims. I sent my complaints to "booking support". They responded, but no signs of compensation.

Great fasade and reception area. Great size of the room.
I got a room in the basement with no window and no WIFI. This I could have lived with, but when I didn't even have phone signal living in the basement is not okay. The smell in the basement hall was not good and it was dark and uncozy. Being without phone signal in 2022 is not okay and the rooms should therefore not be used at all. At least the guests need to be informed when booked the room. Breakfast was not good either, everything incl. coffee was empty.

The staff mostly only speaks Polish, but overall it's not a big problem.

KURTThe hotel staff received me and treated me better than family or friends would have. They went way above & beyond to assist & help me with any and all of my needs during my stay.The hotel itself and all the ameneties were amazing and impeccable and the free daily breakfast was the biggest & best I've ever enjoyed or experienced ANYWHERE & the adjacent restaurant and staff were amazing. I hated to leave as I came to feel as thougwere home. home.. Cheers & sincerest regards, Kurt.
