The hotel showed great flexibility in opening the breakfast buffet, which was thoughtful gesture. Their homemate breads and butters were truly exceptional. Above all, the staff extended genue warmth and hospitality that made the say memorable.
The hotel building feels quite dated, and I imagine it must be challenging to maintain the facilities. While this added a certain charm, it also came with noticeable limitations.

Keles Hotel in Rize offers a warm and welcoming experience, with an incredibly friendly staff eager to assist with transportation arrangements, making guests feel truly valued. The location is also a highlight, providing easy access to local attractions.
On the downside, the elevator's capacity and age can be a challenge, and the furniture feels quite dated. Bed comfort could be improved, and the lack of toilet amenities is noticeable.
