Семеен хотел Анна-Кристина

The location is excellent. It simply could not be better - right at the edge of the riverside park and within a short walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The hotel has its own parking facilities, which are free of charge for guests of the hotel. The staff is very friendly.

We asked for a room with twin beds, which we got, but the beds were quite narrow. Also, the breakfast buffet could have a bit more choice. But overall we were very happy with the hotel and I would choose it again when visiting Vidin.

Perfect Hotel close to the Centre

Not much parking lots

The position on the banks of the Danube with a quiet park on one side was excellent given this city has seen better days. However, if you are planning on spending a night in Vidine I would definitely recommend. The reception staff were pleasant, bilingual and helpful. Our room was large, clean with all the necessary equipment and a new bathroom with plenty of hot water. It was pleasant to walk in the park before dinner and view the mighty river. The restaurant served a decent meal of local dishes and a good bottle of local red wine. The waitress was charming and helpful.

The garden was a little shabby especially as their pool had been emptied for the winter. The cellar restaurant is a little dark and dismal but you can eat in their garden pavilion, which we did. Breakfast had budget ingredients unfortunately - served downstairs it was all a bit depressing

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the staff at the reception. They were very helpful and accomodating.

Even though the staff cleans the rooms every day and changes the towels, overall the rooms are poorly maintained. There is mold in the room, in the air-conditioning, and in the bathroom. The paint is peeling off in numerous places in the room and in the bathroom. We coffee table has broken legs. The cabinet and the frame of the mirror in the bathroom are also broken. It is unfortunate that the management does not take care of these issues as the hotel has a great potential.
