Very friendly and welcoming host family, lovely house and grounds, very good breakfast. Would like to have stayed longer than one night!

A beautiful old house in substantial grounds. We occupied a self contained two bedroomed cottage, though most of the rooms are in the main house, where there is also a large guest sitting room. Breakfast is provided and occasional evening meals. Very close to lovely Domfront, yet also feels like an isolated rural hideaway. Friendly resident English owners.
Some of the cottage decor would benefit from a refresh and a larger modern TV wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Beautiful room in a lovely house.
Very helpful hosts with lots of suggestions.
1 minute from Domfront, 10 mins from Bagnole de L’Orne. Great breakfast - with their own fruit.
This was a flying visit but will stay again for longer.
Nothing.

Convenient for Domfront for onward travel to Cherbourg
Damp floors - living room part of cottage is subterranean. No fan in bedroom (temp was 40 degrees).
