Gute Lage. Großes und schönes Zimmer. Gemütliches Bett. Großes Bad. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon.
Fußboden dreckig, scheinbar länger nicht gewischt worden (im Bad hingegen ok). Balkontür ist nicht dicht. Wasser kommt bei/nach Regen im Schwall vom Dach auf den Balkon geschossen. Interieur schon recht abgenutzt. Auf dem Balkon befinden sich 6 Klimaanlagen, 2 davon blasen die Abwärme direkt auf den Balkon. Das Buffet ist recht klein. Nach frühzeitiger Absprache über späteren Check-Out (was in dem Fall 100% Kosten einer ganzen Nacht sind) wurden wir 2 Std. vor geplanten Check-Out angerufen und gefragt, ob wir das Zimmer schnell räumen können, oder das Personal unsere Sachen zusammensammeln darf, da unsere Absprache nicht vermerkt wurde und das Zimmer dann für andere Gäste benötigt würde.

Good value for the price. People were quite nice with us at reception as well.
The neighborhood is not the best, good restaurants options nearby are scarce as it is only street food vendors with questioning cleaning habits. Although it was good enough for us, we stayed one night, we wouldn't want to stay more than that

The staff was nice.
The hotel smells like cigarettes! It’s horrible; although the staff will tell you that they ask guest not to smoke… it’s not enforced in any way (there is literally “ash tray” right next to the elevator. The rooms are old and run down. There is so much mold in the bathroom, stains on the furniture. I don’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t come back.

The customer service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and cozy. The balcony was very nice and breakfast was good. The location was decent and it was easy to order a Grab to get to where we needed.
We were on the 10th floor which was unfortunately right below the gym. Whoever was using the gym kept dropping the weights and it was very loud and startling very early in the morning. There should be a sign so that people using the gym should know that there are guests directly below. Secondly, there was a cigarette smell that kept filling up our room, from either above or below- not sure, but it was in the ventilation system and would fill up our room randomly.

the hotel was great, clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent.. the staff really helped us as we had to organise a covid test for our flight but we were finding it hard due to language barrier but the girl at reception went above and beyond for us, she even called the hospital and organised it for us! the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Spent my last night in Hanoi at this location. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. We got upgraded to the family size room which was great! It is very spacious and provides everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful they have a buffet with lots of options. Overall I’ve stayed at a couple places in Hanoi and this one was the best.
-Far from old quarter.
-Rooftop gym not much of a gym not lots of equipment.
-2nd pool was an additional charge.
-Shower doesn’t have a seal and towel drying rack was inside the shower.

The room is extremely comfy. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The driver that we booked through travel agent did not come to pick us up to the airport. We was so worried because we cannot find another driver to send us to the airport as it was 4:30am. The night shift staff then quickly help us to arrange another driver and we managed to arrive at the airport on time. Thanks a lot to the night shift workers and sorry that i don't have the chance to ask the name of the night shift staff that help us

Very friendly staff, super clean room, and good location.
Depending on the room you may need an extension cord if you use your phone as an alarm.The outlets should near the bed in my personal opinion.

It was my birthday and the staff decorated my room and brought me a cake! Room was clean and spacious.
Bed was big & comfy. Communication was quick and helpful
a bit further than I anticipated from old quarter. BUT - the walk was a good time to decompress from the chaos:). Took about 25 minutes from hotel to the lake.

Spacious rooms with great facilities. In general the service is outstanding. They gave me a free room upgrade. There's even a little gym on the rooftop.

Great hotel!!!!!
The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The room is clean and the decoration is nice but the strong point of this hotel is from the staff. All the staff from the front desk, house keeping were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here next time!!!
