Friendly and welcoming staff with good communication.
Very clean and a great central location. Also the shower had good water flow and hot water.

In a great location, in a lovely area and the staff were really friendly
The room could have been slightly cleaner but it didn’t bother me and was only minimal

The staff: Miguelangel and Alfonso were true gentlemen, and really made us feel welcome. There was a free breakfast and coffee every morning from the cafe. The location was absolutely incredible and a very safe neighbourhood, full of coffee shops and food places. What a vibrant place, I'll definitely be coming back.
I think it was all great. Some facilities needing attention, but they work well and that is reflected in the price!

Great location and was able to store luggage. Beautiful decor in bedrooms
Broken windows
Filthy shower/ bathroom area - clearly not vacuumed
Extremely creaky floorboards
