Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details prepared for us, including coffee and several small touches that made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. What truly made this stay exceptional was Isabela. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. My friend and I had a few difficulties finding some locations and understanding directions, and despite our mistakes, she remained extremely patient, understanding, and supportive. She always took the time to explain things clearly and provided excellent recommendations and guidance. Her hospitality genuinely made our trip better, and we felt cared for throughout our stay. The location was excellent, the apartment was even better than the photos, and everything was perfectly organized. This was one of the best accommodation experiences I have ever had.

Nothing. Everything was excellent and fully met or exceeded our expectations.

Appartamento super attrezzato, comodo a tutti i servizi. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile

Apartman sa dušom, ispunjen toplinom i dobrodošlicom

Location is perfect. Really pleasent owner.

We hace 7 years old kid and 4 months old baby. When we entered the flat, we felt bed smell and humidity in air, so we stayed one night as it was late and the next day we left. The owner obviously try to keep the flat clean, however humidity and its influence on health is main issue not to choose this flat again. The owner was really nice and offered to pay back to us.
