The Staff was very friendly. The location is also very convenient if you go and visit the hells of Beppu. You have everything you need during your stay in your room. Japanese Breakfast was served - delicious!

The food is outstanding, amazing presentation and super fresh. The in-house Onsen is wonderful. The staff are very helpful.
For Westerners the mattress was very thin and the pillow traditional not what we are familiar with so be mindful when booking a traditional room.
