Our host was wonderful and fun to talk with! Loved our room with a balcony overlooking the Parian.
Airbnb had mixed up the room reservation and could not be reached by any phone number by our host or us! And they didn't reply to my message. Poor customer service! It delayed our check in but our host was gracious and worked it out on her own.

great location rooms were spacious and clean.
I didn’t like that it doesn’t have its own parking structure and we had to pay extra for parking. it doesn’t have an elevator.

The vibe, the ambience and the proximity to everything in Tlaquepaque. The breakfast was ideal in the morning! And there is a lady who does massages right on property.
The shower was freezing unless you took it right at the end of the afternoon.

It is located in the best possible spot. 2 minute walk from the major stores in the area, and if you're into the bar's and night life 5 minutes. You can hear the music from your room depending upon which room you have. Great food all inside of 5 minutes walking, lastly the staff does speak English.
If you have a vehicle, the parking can be a problem. There are area to pay but it's very little to choose from near the hotel.
