Acronafplia Pension A

Great location, beautifully presented. We love walking so stairs into old town no issue, something to be aware of though.

Finding the property was a bit of a challenge. Super helpful owner sent someone to guide us in.

This is our favorite room and stay in the world! The views of the town, bay, and mountains from the balcony were awesome. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and charming. Breakfast was good and the hosts welcoming and helpful. Finding the Acronafplia pension A is easy if you come from above. Drive up by the fort and park by the cluster of cars near the old abandoned hotel. Then walk down the gently descending side street that isn't apparent when in your car. There are nice swimming beaches (if somewhat stony) a short walk down from the parking area. We love this place and hope to return!

The breakfast was amazing, so much food. Great variety and service was great. They take great pride in what they do. Very accommodating and helpful.

There was a lot of steps to get to the pension but your up on a hill and but the view is amazing! Parking is not near the property.

The view

Parking is a nightmare. We knew the hotel was high on the cliff but we did not realize it was only accessible by foot. You have the park about 7 mins away and drag your luggage up a rocky, extremely uneven surface path to get to the hotel. Once we arrived, the family greeted us, but that's about all. Hello and here is your room. The room was underwhelming g with only one plug to use. The shower was very slippery and extremely difficult and dare I say dangerous to get in and out of. We were only staying 1 night so we sucked it up, but if our stay would have been longer, we would forfeited or money and stayed somewhere else. Everything about it seemed difficult.
