La fenêtre de ma chambre était bloquée , je ne pouvais pas l’ouvrir et fermer les volets ou aérer.

We have stayed in the Hotel Oasis before and were looking forward to staying again. The large balcony overlooks the sea and the no cost car park for our car. The room is small but there are enough amenities for the price, including a fridge and tea making facilities. We had a tiny problem with toilet; my wife rung the owner and he came round very quickly and fixed it. There is also excellent security within the apartment block. We intend to book next year.
The lack of an additional sun umbrella to help eat breakfast on the terrace.

Great sea view location. Really close to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to port. Charming seaside village. Coffee and tea making facilities and fridge.

Check in is self service. You get a code to access an outdoor safe for your room key. Parking out the pack is paid until end September and free after that.
Sea view rooms were lovely. Good sized terrace. Comfortable beds. Bathroom had shower, sink and toilet. Fresh towels daily.
Tea and coffee pods available in room.

Nothing really, we knew travelling off season it would be quiet. Did not expect hotel restaraunt would be closed I suppose.

My room did not have a/c - I did not mind as I prefer real air.

Coffee and croissant and the kettle - this is great.
When I had an issue, the team of amazing and friendly cleaners helped me and I met the manager one day and he was also very nice.
The drain from the shower was missing a valve so the smell of the drain was quite bad in the summer. The manager and cleaning team were very helpful and helped to fix
There is a lot of noise on that street due to festivals. Better for younger people who sleep through the street cleaners at 5am

NIce cosy room, small but comfy.
The town is nice and the hotel is just in front of the beach. The terrace for breakfast was really nice.
I had booked sea side room and the property wrote a day before arrival to say there had been some problem, and that we had been changed to a town side room.

Great location by the sea. On a small down-to-earth non-pretentious street with groceries, a few restaurants and businesses. Lots of space outdoors. Big wide long beech. Easy parking.
Room was very basic but clean.
The place was perfect for experiencing the beech for a few days.
Restaurant downstairs was handy. Nice terrace towards the beech …with parking lot between.
There is no reception desk. It is self checkin. I prefer to have a face to talk to if needed.

Good location, just next to the beach, with a balcony looking out to sea.
No reception and VERY unhelpful telephone reception. Despite the booking, we received no SMS with a code to get in. They kept insisting that we must look for the SMS (in French - not a single word in English/Spanish/Catalan) despite the fact it had not arrived. Lots of time and call lost getting frustrated, but they simply hung up after a minute or so. There was a button for calling reception and also a phone number. Both simply hung up---hours not knowing what to do.
Very very poor.
If you're going to have no reception, at least have a functioning telephone service that doesnt just insist that the client is wrong (when I was not!) and refuses to listen.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to come and go via access door.
That cover photo sold the Oasis hotel for me but it’s not a true depiction.
I requested a sea view and was advised that wouldn’t be an issue if available but they didn’t confirm it wasn’t. We had a noisy road below. I chose the hotel based on its beachfront location

The hotel is 2 minutes away from the beach. The hotel terrace is a nice place to enjoy the free coffee. There are resteraunts and bakeries close to the hotel. It was really easy to get in contact with the staff even without a reception.
The double bed is actually two single beds and they're moving all the time when you move. The room was dirty (tables and floor) when we arrived and there was food and unfinished beverages in the fridge. It is very noisy at night.
There is supposed to be a breakfast at the hotel but there's none. Quite pricey for what you get.
