Friendly host, comfortable and clean rooms. Nothing fancy but good price quality

Good value for money, for one-night stay it was perfect. Clean enough and the host is pretty kind and explains everything needed for the stay. :)
Place a bit noisy, you hear every other door is closed in the building and we got waken up by the church bell on Sunday morning, so that was not comfy, but If it is happening only on Sundays, that is all good!

Clean and comfortable room with a large fully equipped bathroom, good for 4 people. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Nice location on the church square of Borghetto di Vara. Alessandro was very kind in showing us places to eat and answering our questions. The room was clean and proper. A beautiful area, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Communication with the host was super easy, we arrived later than expected, we felt very welcome. The house had some nice wall painting and seems to be run with passion and love for the detail. Beds were comfy, water hot. Plus nice price!
We arrived late and stayed for just one night. For us everything was perfect.
