we booked the Japanese style room. The room was spacious, and clean. The hotel itself is quite big and there are, Onsen, restaurant and shop inside the hotel. Breakfast is nice.
Wi-Fi connection was not stable. It seems that A/C was controlled by central unit, and we could not adjust temperature manually.

Third time staying here in 4 years. Reliable predictable service and stay. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great breakfast. Will probably return again in a year.
No restaurant at hotel available for dinner. Slightly older facility but standard for an onsen-type hotel

Big hotel lobby, with amenities, Onsen rather big with indoor and outdoor hot spring.
Rather old.
5 / 10·gen 2026
Very old and run down, large complex designed for tour buses, and once the tour buses left all the lights were turned off and facilities essentially shut down so we did not feel very welcome. The weather was really bad when we were staying so we ended up leaving a day earlier but we would have stayed if the weather was better.

"This hotel is a fantastic place to visit scape the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities."
