Break & Dinner was good. Staff was polite and helping.
Beds were not all comfortable, it was making too much noise. Wash basin was choked. Shampoo dispenser was broken.

I like about property is the loaction of property n staff service.
The room shown in the photo and the real room were very different. online description said there is bathtub available but There is no bathtub available also in photo room look laxuries but there is lack of laxury bathroom is also look very average as compare to price

The whole hotel, the property is very old, not maintained, there were pest. changed rooms two times. The showers weren't maintained, rusty, The food quality was below par in terms of taste. many more...

the staff need to be more welcoming. we had a booking for 3 nights, upon check in, the receptionist told us we don't have reservation for 1 night but on paper it was confirmed. even on the email they received from booking.com. they said booking.com did not sent the confirmation or voucher- this was a lame excuse!! with a kid, we had to find another hotel at 8pm. the behaviour and reasoning of the receptionist was not appropriate!!!

Just ok, Rooms are fine.
No room service. And there is no notice about room service not available. Food ordered is packed and needs to be collected from restaurant which is really bad.

Location was good,
they don't have a room service by any mean, even if you need any toiletries during your stay, they will ask you come down at the reception to collect personally, even they don't deliver the guest parcel to the room. Its too weird.
