Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Tæt på et center og gågade.
Morgenmad ok.
Der blev gjort rent hver dag i værelset.
Jeg kunne ikke lide sengene. De nederste køjesenge er ikke høje til, at man kan sidde på sengen.
Der var en del larm udenfor om natten.
Generelt følte jeg mig ikke særlig tryg i byen.

The luggage room to keep your luggage was a total mess. Everybody can take every luggage they want. They dont write any names on luggages and just open the luggage room and go a way( there was a possibility to a stranger from outside just come and puck up a bag). They should do something for that. I put my luggage only for 2 hours and i have so much stress.
The room was soooo hottt. Only 1 fan to just make a small wind?! I woke up every night and drink lots of water. The dont have air conditioner and it wasnt good at all.

The location was great, very close to city centre. The personnel was very nice and helpful.
The toilets in the rooms were a little impractical with the sinks being in the same room as the showers.

Ckeck in only after 15, no matter if room is free. I could have only filled the form and leave my luggage after arrival in the morning

They had bikes for rent. But Brussels is not good for bicycles as it has very hill type terrain so I had to walk most of the time dragging my bike. Lime is a good choice. Place was nice and near the malls. I will stay here again if I come to Brussels. Rooms were compact but clean. Washroom were clean too.
Shower room was very compact. Charging plugs near my bed was idk of what type I couldn't use it. Bike that I got needed maintenance. The red bike. It broke down on me at 11pm and had to be a bike mechanic lol
Didn't knew I had it in me but I fixed it myself.

I stayed at Sleep Well for 2 night, It was fabulous, the hostel was really clean and safe. I didn't expect hostel will be so spacious and tidy, especiallythe bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, we had bread with different jam and spread, salad, tuna, scramble egg, boiled egg, fried sausage and drinks.... The location was excellent , it is just 5 mins walk from Rogier Metro station and city centre. Sleep Well has lot of qcommunal areas that you can sit and relax. This was the best hostel I have stayed for holiday
you need to use your own number lock pad for the locker but I didn't bring it and couldn't buy it from reception

The bathrooms were smelly. They should work on the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms.

Member of staff on reception multi lingual. Very helpful. Allowed us to store our bags for the day. Bar open late. Nice clean room. Good location. Would recommend. Not far from midi station

Location is perfecto to visit dowtown Brussels, easy to walk to different nteresting spots. Room was comftorble and clean

Reception very slow overall (check in, bike rental, luggage storage). One person in reception and takes very long.

The staff of the hotel were very nice, they helped us to sort out an issue we had with the booking very quickly, everyone was very keen to help. Extra points because it has free lockers, the breakfast was fair for the price and everything on the room was perfect.
Even though we took a private room we didn't receive towels.

Easy to get to, clean and well organized hostel. 10 minute walk to the main square and Delirium brewery.
Small lockers under the bunks that fit a laptop and other small items.

small things make the difference, we got offered free chocolate in the morning while checking out. the guy was so nice 👌 👍

the location of the hostel was perfect and I loved it. it was near one of the most used metro lines because you will need to take the metro for some locations, but we were near from the most sights of Brussels. They have amazing breakfast, our room was so clean. everything was perfect.

The staff was nice
It's the first place where the towels were not incuded in the price and not ready to use in the room, the walls are very thin, you could hear what's going on in other rooms. Also, there were nobody to calm down the other guests who were not quiet during the night hours. The beds were not made, also it seemed that the top blanket was not clean.

Well located.
I had the bedsheets full of other girls hair...which was disgusting for me, the hair was everywhere on my clothes. Try to put clean ones. We pay for quality and cleaness. Concerning the breakfast, it was basic, I didn't expect to have a fancy breakfast.
Last thing, there was no towel in the bedroom, the receptionist gave a towel to other clients who were before me "as a gift, because it was their first time", but she didn't gave it to me, knowing that it was my first time also ;).

Location to train stations Nord and Central also convenient for Metro, friendly staff and clean facilities, storage in dorms useful and large lockers to accommodate baggage.
Could of been more signage around the building as it was not until last day found the laundry/games/kitchen
