the room was very comfortable the location was great over all a great place and good value for money.
the ash tray on the balcony was almost over flowing and was emptied into the kitchen cupboard bin so every time you put stuff in the bin the smell would knock you over.

Very old world and quaint. Rod was very good and clear with instruction. Breakfast was self cooked and very generous in choice. The house/room were very warm and quiet. With coffee/tea amenities in the room as well as the communal kitchen. Parking was well lit. The stairs were manageable. Beautiful views. Clean
Needed a good dust,

It was in a very picturesque place, loved the view. It was a lovely building and Rod was very friendly and obliging.
The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean, but I have to be honest, the room we ended up in was dusty and the vanity top in the bathroom was dirty around the taps, the toilet seat wabbled about, but we were originally supposed to be in a different room so maybe that was the problem.
