I read a lot of reviews about staying here, and honestly, I think some people arrive with sky‑high expectations and don’t do enough research before booking. I thought everything was great. I’d highly recommend this place to any pilgrim — it’s literally right across from the Camino de Santiago. The older lady who runs it is wonderful, the food was good and fairly priced, and the room did exactly what a pilgrim needs it to do: give you a place to sleep and a bathroom to use. Simple, comfortable, and exactly what I expected.
We had some difficulty getting into our room due to the door lock, and we needed assistance twice. The younger staff member appeared a bit irritated when we asked for help. Just beware!
