The breakfast was very good although did not expect it to be in an adjoing property. The room was good and Wifi
was excellent although access to plugs was difficult until I discovered the extension lead.
I thought the property need some investment e.g carpets in the common passageways. Also the lock on the bedroom door
requires attention as the door can easily be pushed open when should be locked.

Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely welcome from our host and great location for the ferry port.
Nothing to dislike.

Good. The seating was comfortable and the table was nicely laid.
The Scottish breakfast had been prepared too far in advance of the service.
