The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast very good and i loved the fact that there was also a coffee machine at the lobby entrance and one could grab a coffee and water just whenever. The location excellent near Haeundae station. The deluxe double room was very big and also the bathroom. Generally I think it was a good choice for a 3-star hotel.
The room although it was really big felt strange. Empty walls with black marks left from suitcases didn't create the best first impression. Some of the towels had small holes on them and the glass wall separating the bathroom from the room was full of limescale creating a general sensation of dirt although everything was super clean. But most of all, can you really offer a hotel room with no closet?! I had the whole couch full of clothes for 5 days...

Such a fantastic stay! I loved the little thoughtful touches like having ice-filled cups and bottled water available downstairs. It was also a huge plus to have free streaming services on the TV without the hassle of logging into my own accounts. Plus, having an on-site laundry facility made things so convenient!

FOR 2 star hotel it provides a lot of free facilities free water bottles, ice cups, laundry, gym and a lot its good for long term stay only i would stay it doesn’t have wardrobe, but i just use my suitcase xD

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalle fermate dei bus seppure in un quartiere un po’ decadente. Stanze molto grandi, disponibilità sia della vasca che della doccia. Pulizia accettabile.
Stanza estremamente umida, da cui si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Asciugamani esclusivamente delle dimensioni di quelli da bidet e per di più che non asciugano. Due delle 6 prese elettriche vicino al letto non funzionanti, impossibilità di controllare le luci della stanza separatamente. Due delle 4 lavatrici a disposizione non funzionanti. Decisamente non vale i soldi che costa.
