Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel

Facility - very well designed. Rooms are comfy, the pool has a dedicated kid area, 10 meters from the beach and on the main way of bars and restaurants Service - Very very professional and friendly Breakfast - quantity and quality

Maintenance of the facility - I have to say that we arrived at the end of the season so previous guests might have damaged some utilities but I found the general maintenance not compliant with a 4 star hotel. However we are talking about cosmetic maintenance - all the important things were well maintained.

The location is very good, a two minute walk from the bus station that takes you to Bodrum. The pool is gorgeous and the beach is also very nice.

The breakfast could definitely be improved, since they don't offer any pastries or anything sweet besides pancakes. The rooms could be cleaned better and the door to the balcony was quite old. The carpet in the hallway should really be changed, it is very dirty.

I have been staying at this hotel for years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, the food is excellent, and the service is truly exceptional. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding customer care. I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Çağlar at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring that every detail was taken care of. His kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again and again. A special thank you to Çağlar for making my stays even more memorable!

Nice view of the hotel from outside and first line of the beach

Well, the view from the rooms is good only from the 2nd floor and only towards the swimming pool. Other rooms have a HORRIBLE view — our first room had a view of the garbage area, and our first day in Bodrum was really disappointing. The hotel is very old, and the carpet on the floor is dirty everywhere, like somebody was killed there. Also, the photos on Booking.com do not match reality at all — the rooms look completely different from what is advertised. Housekeeping never changed the soap in our room during our stay. The breakfast was also disappointing: food started running out already by 9–9:30 AM, and everything that was left was swimming in oil.
