Büyükada Splendid Palace Hotel

The personal touch on arrival, the decor and the feel of the place. Genuinely had an old fashioned feel with a modern twist. We both had an excellent massage and would definitely return. All areas were very clean including the swimming pool area We also loved everything in the red and white. Cocktails were delicious and we enjoyed our one meal there. So much to like

Not their fault as old building and need modern equipment like the air conditioning unit which was in the way slightly in the room. We loved the seaside view but for some people they need to know if window open it can be noisy until late at weekends.

Excellent

Everything

This was our 2nd stay we love the hotel we love the location

This stay on our last night we had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to minimise the smell. As we were giving in our key I thought it important to report this to reception but the response was quite un caring apparently if the wind blows a certain way the toilet smells… I expected to hear that they would look into it prior to the next client provide an apology but there was nothing. This was one of the more expensive superior rooms.

Pool side in perfect

There is no air condition in rooms just one evaporative kooler that just make room more humid
