my room near the staff room so its noisy

- All staff (espc.receptionist) is so helpful, friendly, and nice
- Cheap (for transit is ok, don't stay longer than a night)
- Good water pressure with water heater
- Location is near many food staals and it's about 22 mins to the airport (South Perimeter)
- Very poor cleanness, not because of the staff but because the facilities are so minimal, like bed sheets with many smoke holes, disgusting wall with many stains, molds in the bedroom, permanent stains on the floor.
- facilities are outdated (some of the air conditioners and TVs are broken)
- mosquitoes everywhere
