Room was fine. Access to hot and cold water dispenser, plus tea and coffee. Fan was good.
Bathroom needs some disinfectant, and a good clean. Power point in an unusual place.

* Booking thru booking.com was easy peasy

* The man who welcome us was nice, ask us if we wanna make a coffee.
* The receptionist was ok, explain me very well

* I get the level 2 room, triple room with balcony was okay.
* Pillow & matress was good, so comfortable
* The water heater & the water pressure was very good, much better than the homestay that i check in before this hotel.

* Need to use coupon parking during 8am till 6pm
* Can park anywhere but quite full, with concept ' siapa cepat dapat la parking '

* Channel tv netflix & youtube, my kids very happy can watch YouTube and also netflix with my password
Can clean the toilet and change the cadar, not to clean.

good location, shops and restaurants very close by. friendly staff, comfortable beds with everything we needed for a few days. good price for a budget hotel!
the door leading to outside has a huge gap so didn’t feel 100% safe. the hotel itself could do with some touch ups here and there but this is reflected in the cheap price!
