On the sea front.
Parking.
Stay in a suite/apartment with everything you need plus 3 bathrooms that are newly refurbished.
The mattresses need replacing. Stairwell and landings hot and stuffy.

Fantastic Location. Direct access to beach, close to several restaurants and bus stop right outside hotel. We stayed in an apartment; Kitchen was well equipped and the welcome food hamper was a lovely touch.
Lovely bar with outdoor patio that gets the afternoon and evening sunshine.
Lift want working for our stay but we had been informed about that prior to staying.

Very convenient. Good size kitchen.
Lift broken. Nowhere to hang wet clothes from having been on the beach. Laundry room was not available with the washing machine occupied most of the time and not emptied.
