Customer support are not qualified. Online registration was stressful as did not work properly. After I filled all personal details and paid security deposit (300 euros) and tourist tax the system could not download the contract (which was not mentioned in terms of living) without any explanation. After my complaint the customer service told me absurd thing that my billing address  must be in  the country of my  citizenship. I do not think that it is legal in EU. Without contract they could not send me a code for apartment entrance. After my several complaints and international phone calls they sent  me that code next day. However I did not receive the signed contract. The security deposit is still not returned and customer service does not know when it will be done. The apartment itself was a bit worn out but OK, except the entrance doors. Street door leads strait on steep and narrow stairs up to small elevator. This will be a problem for elderly people and big luggage. Apartment door has difficult lock to handle. We had a problem as well as  our neighbors opposite to whom we helped to get into their apartment.

Customer Service, stairs, doors and door lock.

The location is perfect, you have easy access from the airport, all buses and metro near the apartment, highly recommended especially if you have a concert in a stadium. The apartment was clean and has everything what we needed during our stay

The location is good as it’s near the magic fountain, and close to all metro links.

Ants in the apartament, the shower head was broken, also, the cooker had a crack in it and a few glasses from the cupboard also broken. Very sensitive neighbours complaining for even talking in the flat when returning. Not very comfortable sofa and bed.
