The location is perfect. It near to everywhere. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants around the place, you can just walk 5-6 minutes. Our flat is in good condition and enough for 2 people. Bed is comfy and bathroom is OK. There is kitchen which you can cook but we didn't use it. The owner is kind and explain us everything. He even exchanged money without overcharge. I highly recommend the place.
Check in was kind of difficult. We arrived around 22:00 and we informed them before our arrival. Still the guy wasn't there and we waited 30 minutes to get the keys. Normally it is not that bad but we were tired because of the journey.
Another thing is humidity but I think it is all the same for other places in Lviv.

It would be better, if there was an ironing board in property

the entrance to the building is a dump, but there is a separate locked gate and the apartment itself is an absolute surprise in comparison.
