The apartment is ideally situated at 3 minutes walking from Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes walking from Piazza di Spagna and Trinità dei Monti and 1 minute walking from Piazza Barberini and Subway Stop!

The area is very well connected by public transport ( Barberini Subway at 2 minutes walking), although most of the sights are more comfortable to reach on foot.

This property is in a great location! The interior is not overly extravagant - but clean and offered everything we needed. The only thing I would note is that the 3 rd Bedroom does not have its own AC. It was very hot while we were visiting. We left the door to the living room open and left that unit on — and it was fine. We tried the restaurant 2 doors down and it was fantastic! Everything on my todo list was close by and easy to access. Germana was very easy to communicate with and the car service she arranged for us was excellent. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Very convenient location to explore Rome on foot. At the same time located on a quiet street away from the crowds. 10 minutes from Trevi fountain and other attractions. Elevator in the building.

This is a great location in an old building with some fun quirks (one bedroom has a reading nook!) and a very small old elevator! Loved our stay here as it was near to great resturants, shops and sight!

We had difficulty during the check in process with the app (it just spun in circles but never fully connected) which caused us to wait outside with our suitcases until someone finally left the building and let us in about 30-40 minutes later. I tried contacting the host several times, but didn’t get a response until after we got in. That said…the host needs to have a backup for these types of situations (e.g. leaving a key with a nearby store owner). Once we got in and got the physical keys, the entry process was fine from that point forward.The unit itself was clean and very spacious for Europe. We were a bit cold on the first day since the furnaces take a long time to warm up, but we’re OK once the weather got warmer, as it was unseasonably cold the first few days of our trip. We liked the location of the apartment and the elevator worked well, which was helpful with our luggage.The host left a booklet with good restaurant recommendations. Although there were plenty to choose from within walking distance.
