Lovely beach front apartment
Questo è un bel lungomare, 2 camere da letto con vista sulla pittoresca bandiera blu Arenal-Bol Beach. Perfetto per la famiglia.
L'ingresso dell'appartamento è situato nel cuore di Calpe, appena fuori dal Gabriel Miro e si trova proprio accanto al lungomare con bar, caffè e ristoranti. Il lungomare si estende per 2 km lungo la spiaggia attraverso un porto mozzafiato dove potrete rilassarvi con un bicchiere di vino e ammirare il tramonto. C'è un supermercato eccellente a 1 minuto a piedi dall'ingresso dell'appartamento. Una macchina non è necessaria in quanto tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, ma per coloro che vogliono esplorare le città locali (Altea, Moraira, Javea, Denia) c'è un parcheggio privato.
Questo appartamento spazioso, luminoso e confortevole è stato recentemente rinnovato. Entrambe le camere sono ampie camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata. La camera da letto principale gode di una vista sul mare con porte in vetro che si aprono sul grande balcone.
Con una vista mozzafiato sul Mediterraneo, puoi rilassarti sul balcone e goderti fantastici pranzi all'aperto o cene e guardare il mondo che passa. Il balcone vanta finestre bi-fold senza cuciture che possono essere chiuse per creare una sala da pranzo nei mesi invernali.
La connessione Wi-Fi è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo se richiesto al momento della prenotazione.

The apartment is located – in our opinion – in the very best place in Calpe. First row to the water with a beautiful view, and within walking distance of everything – both sights and shopping opportunities with a large supermarket only 100 m. away.The glass sections in front of the terrace, which can be opened/closed completely, make it possible to use the terrace day and night in all kinds of weather – even a cold winter day, which is important, since the dining table and chairs are on the terrace.The apartment itself is also nice and bright. We would have liked a small table by the sofas, where we could put our coffee when watching the news on TV. Apart from that we spend most of the time on the terrace. With the apartment there is a closed garage space a few minutes' walk from the apartment, which is a big plus.Absolutely a nice little apartment with a fantastic location, which we can highly recommend to others.Jørgen and Susanne, DenmarkStayed: December 12th 2025 to January 3rd 2026

Flat was exactly where I thought it was. Great view. For the time of year, air conditioning was fabulous, beds comfy and every thing you could think of. There were a couple of niggles, such as the bathroom window wouldnt close and the outside blind in the smaller bedroom was tough to get down. Would highly recommend this and would go back, but perhaps later in the year as there were a few days you just couldn't ait outside due to the heat.

My sister and I came with our elderly mum who is 86. We knew our mum wouldn’t be up to eating out every night so we were really happy with the large balcony and well equipped kitchen.

Loved how close we were to the sea! Shops and restaurants all around too.
Few issues with the patio door to the balcony but the manager sorted very quickly for us. Having the secure parking was a real bonus as apartmemt is right in middle of town.
Just adored being able to just dip in that amazing sea whenever we wanted to, just a few steps from apartment door! And the view whilst sitting on the balcony was amazing!!! Would definitely go again and we always said we would not go to the same place twice.
Drawback for some is this is obviously a location for the Spanish to holiday at and so not many establishments spoke English. But we had someone fluient in spanish with us so not an issue, and pictures in most menus if not words.

Vicinanza al mare, negozi e ristoranti. Parcheggio sicuro, viste mozzafiato dal balcone e facile accesso alla spiaggia. Appartamento ben attrezzato con un ambiente piacevole.
