The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, as it was in the city centre
When we arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, we felt that the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked them to change them. Also, there were someone else's used slippers in the bathroom. And if you ask me, the door handles also needed to be replaced because they were rusty.

The location and staff.
The small size of the room and the bad state of the doors as well as the breakfast.

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. Looking forward to stay again. We haven't spent a penny on Taxi being one minute walk from the heart of Trabzon Meydan."
