The restaurant treehouse deck is awesome, great view, great breeze, great food, plus hammocks. Very fun rope-swing on the beach. Room was simple, we appreciated the clothes lines for drying stuff on the porch.

The location was good for the full moon party, within walking distance but not too close. Right on the beach and a good tree top bar on the grounds. The staff although limited English were pleasant enough.

The property was filthy. Having stayed right across Thailand and the islands this was by far the dirtiest I have come across, the beds were filthy, no clean sheets, the floor and bathroom were disgusting. The overall impression was the room hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. There was ants, cockroaches and lizards constantly in the room! The shower itself was useless.

Friendly staff

It's a really great bungalow I highly can recommend, I even extended my stay there for some more nights. I really liked the bar directly at the beach and also the chilled music, still missing it :) I definetly gonna book this place again when I'm coming back to Ko Phangan one day again, regards Dirk

Location was great. Right on the beach. Treehouse bar located across from bungalow to eat and drink. Surrounded by nature. Birds. Very peaceful

The room was ok. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The faucet was leaking. There was not much space to arrange clothes or any else. More furniture could have helped a lot. Also very dark inside the room.

The beach and the bar is nice.

They gave me the wrong room. No fridge as I booked. No sheets and no toilet paper… :( Staff not organized.

Super relaxed personal, arriving was very easy. The helped us to our room and showed us how everything worked. There was also a very cute bar in the trees. It had a beach view and some good drinks:)

We didn't have a blanket in our room when we arrived but the personal helped us with that quickly.

Location and value

Room very clean and spacious with the hot water, smart tv and aircon. Barbecue on the beach. Tree bar looks cool too. 10 minutes walking distance to the full moon party beach.

Loved everything

The room was very clean, the mattress Thai style firm but I like it that way. The shower didn't have amazing pressure but it was perfectly adequate and got more than hot enough if required. The air con was modern and effective and the windows well sealed. No bugs or other critters in the room, just a very fluffy, well groomed cat that did the rounds. Some people complained about noise from the pool bar next door but it was intermittent, didn't go on late and gave you somewhere close to go for a change of scenery/menu/a swim. This place is situated an easy walk from the party beach, the pier and a number of other awesome locations up the beach in the other direction. The little bar is lovely, just don't expect silver service ;)

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. The bar man was fairly uninterested in serving the idiots that pass through via the beach but you can understand how that comes about. They're also running their side business, almost a little family farm, probably just enough to scrape by on but important nonetheless and important part of daily life. For me it was a plus to see the bar man preferring to watch and attend to the needs of the roosters than the boozers. It annoys me when I see people complaining of a lack of daily clean or resupply of TP etc. Ask and you will receive, is it really that hard? If you take this place for what it is, a family run business with well kept rooms, you'll love the place.
