I was there for AfroNation Festival is perfect location like literally a minute walk to the strip and probably 10 minute walk down to the beach! There was no AC, but the weather there was perfect 78-80 and you didn’t need it

It was spacious with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and accommodated 5 of us
Everything was great , not the most modern place but it was a last minute booking and the staff were exceptional

Really spacious and plenty of space for other guests if required. Great view from the top balcony.
Only thing that I would say is the beds aren’t very comfortable felt quite springy.
