It is a beautiful, cosy and clean bed and breakfast in a central location. The rooms are small but very nice and well-equipped, there is also a large living / dining room and a wonderful garden. The absolute highlight is waking up to the smell of freshly baked croissants and baguette that Pauline served with homemade marmalade and yogurt, and also cakes and coffee. And let me tell you, Pauline is so lovely and friendly and really makes sure that one feels very welcome. A very homey short stay that exceeded by far any usual hotel experience. I am for sure coming back and recommending this place to my friends and colleagues.

The location was perfect to enjoy the centre village. The common areas of the property including the back garden were very comfortable. The proprietor was excellent for help, service and information.
Parking a car was very inconvenient.

Small and narrow staircase to bed loft might be an issue for some people.

The house is beautiful, very well located in the heart of Aix. Close to all the museums, restaurants and the city center. The host was very careful to making our stay the best experience possible, recommending great places to visit or restaurants nearby. The homemade breakfast in the garden was the best way to start our day. Thank you for everything :)

This place is truly spectacular, lunch in the garden is divine and the guests are extremely well-alert, welcoming. Our stay was perfect, we crossed France for 6 weeks and this place is in our top 3 !! Being in the heart of Aix en Provence is a privilege by the way!

Beautiful building with a backyard garden. Lounge is a suitable place to relax. Personnel (Pauline) is simply great and helpful. She does everything to make your stay perfect.
Room was small without much space. Old houses in Quartier Mazarin in Aix have often this disadvantage. Charming but small and not practical.

Beautiful house with an amazing little garden. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast on the first day was aboslutely amazing with fresh pastries and a good selection of breads and jams, some joghurt and a fruit salad. Marie further gave us a lot of great recommandations for things to do and where to eat in Aix.
On wednesday the breakfast couldn't be provided in the accomodation and instead we could go to a café which has an arrangement with Marie. The breakfast there was very avarage especially in comparison to the one we got in Marie's garden.

It’s located in the best residential area of Aix-en-Provence, near beautiful Cours Mirabeau. Although the room was simple, it was comfortable. The shared areas such as the living room and garden are beautiful. Breakfast was great and our host is very friendly and helped us with lots of great tips ! Thank you!

Le Jardin de Marie is centrally located. Marie is a very kind and helpful person and gives you useful tips on where to go. The garden is very quiet and green and an oasis in town, excellent for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
You need to be able to climb the narrow steps to reach the bed. For us no problem, but for others perhaps good to know on beforehand.
