The staff were kind to allow us an extra 1 hour stay in the room because our flight was at 14:50. It is about just 5 mins from the airport and there is a small mini mart in the residence.

I couldn’t keep any food in the fridge because of the condition of the fridge (dirty). The operator should not ask visitors to pay for cooking utensils. The notice in the room about paying for utensils states other condiments that should be included in the fee for cooking utensils but we were not offered these items after paying for the cooking utensils. The plumbing in the toilet was faulty and had to request maintenue to look into issues with flush. Overall I will rate my experience at this apartment as 1.5/9 very poor.

Nice spacious rooms Clean rooms Staff were extra helpful especially Misha and Farhan who went beyond the call of duty. All in all the service was exceptional so weldone to the staff.

The living room didn't have AC and was very hot to be in the room so didn't use the room only the bedrooms. The fridge was on its last legs AC could be positioned at the centre for full coverage and not too cold on one side of the room then the other. Need hooks for bathroom to hang clothes

Hotel staff are very welcoming and immediately paid attention to any requests and full filled within no time. Very happy with the response and service.

It would have been better if there are fans in all rooms. But it was ok, hotel staff has provided standing fan upon request.

The lighting in the apartment was dim, and the location is little bit far from the city and services.

Swimming Pool is superb & properly maintained.

1. No toilet within pool area. 2. Internet is not up to the standard for a resort 3. TV is too small & not workable; There is no in house channel or Astro facilities (For my trip, this is the major setback).
