Rooms are serviced everyday. The Wi-Fi dig AL is great. The staff was amazing. From the receptionist, the cleaners to the security guys. They were good.

The fact that the staff and management allowed noise and the music being played loud is something I never understood, especially late at night and very early in the morning. U will hardly sleep here coz of the noise at night, and u will be woken up around 6am because of the music sound. The management is quite about it all. It shockingly disappointing. U won't expect this but that's actually what happens. The hallway is always noisy.

The hotel was clean

Not all that they mentioned will be at the hotel was there. Like hair dreyer and blankets. The shower tabs do not work 100%. Only hot or cold water can come come out. Not mixed.

Closer to my destination, the staff is helpful.

This hotel needs to upgrade to nowadays hotels.The foyer has ancient sofas, there is no food there you have to go buy outside,Tv only offers SABC1,2,3. The bar needs improvement,the furniture is old, carpets are old, there is no fridge in the rooms although included when you book.
