It was very cozy. we came in the rain and it felt like we had a warm home to come back to.
The views from the room was amazing. There where nice places to sit comfortably and talk. The hot tub outside was excellent and we enjoyed our time together in it. There was a full kitchen equipped with a stove and utensils so we could cook dinner and breakfast together comfortably. We had others staying with us and everyone was very respectful relaxed and friendly which enhanced the experience as well.
It was in a good location so the drive was pleasant and not intimidating.
We definitely recommend and was one of our most memorable and funnest nights in iceland.

During our week-long stay in Iceland, Mom and I liked this property the most. It was exceptionally beautiful and the rooms were both gorgeous and comfortable. We loved being able to have a chill drink in the kitchen area after a full day of hiking and exploring. The breakfast also fully satisfied us. Plus, it’s right next to a gorgeous hike (Brúará Falls), AND an iconic ice cream spot (Efstidalus II). It was possibly my favorite stay of the trip!

Breakfast was included with room price and was very good. Variety of breads ,meat, cheese ,cooked eggs, cereal, some veg, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, jams, honey. Our host was lovely, very informative. There is a hot tub available also, but we were too jet lagged to give it a try. The kitchen was also available in the evening if you wanted to use it.
nothing, all was good
