Das Zimmer mit Bad ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Liegestühlen. Die Lage war perfekt: 1min bis zum Strand und 1min bis zur Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht angemessen, da auch kein Frühstück inklusive war. Wir hatten in Sri Lanka bereits Hotels mit derselben Ausstattung für weniger Geld, bei denen Frühstück inklusive war. Außerdem ist das Bad renovierungsbedürftig und es hat dort muffig gerochen... Und einer der Angestellten wollte, dass wir bereits ein Tag vor Abreise bezahlen...Auf Nachfrage warum hat er uns keinen Grund genannt...

We felt like we were taken advantage on for the price, miscalculated final bill and we were told the rate of the rooms increased when asked to change to accommodate other guest. You can’t do this to your clients must be transparent and honest about price.

Close to the beach, perfectly working AC, super friendly staff that is really helpful. Also the surf school of the hotel is a good recommendation.

unfortunately all good is overshadowed by the staff. I wish I had read the comments but the manager is truly a con artist and we heard this from others in town too. booking.com charges the first night but the manager claimed he knew nothing about this and made me pay the additional night even though it is THEIR policy. the staff was high almost the entire time, we had a huge hole in our bedsheet and asked for another one. everyone was so high it took them 24 hours to replace it. they do not have parking, they basically let you pull inside their gate at night but you have to move the car to the street everyday when the restaurant opens.

The interior was nicely chosen. We had a lovely view over the beach. Main guy who was working there was nice and friendly.

We had upper floor and no aircon, only a fan! It was way to warm. The manager wasn't trustworthy, he asked many times for a good review.

The place is literally 1’ next to the beach with an amazing view from the balcony and the terrace. Kali is also a great host; he helped us a lot with everything (surfing classes, safari..even with our van’s flat tire !!) They serve a huge and delicious breakfast with a very small fee and there’s also a restaurant menu for lunch or dinner.

Overall fair accommodation. However, the bathroom smelled terribly bad. The owner made us cancel our booking reservation and promised us a cheaper rate but ended up charging us more than the original price on booking.

Excellent staff and really great food. It was like being at home. Really terrific!

The shower wasn't perfect but aside from that it was a great place to stay. I'll definitely stay there again.
