This was our second stay at Tsovasar, and I feel confident saying that it is by far the best-value resort on all of Sevan. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The restaurant is very cozy and churns out fresh, tasty Armenian dishes. But the best features of the hotel are the stunning location and the kind and helpful staff! We accidentally left an important item in the room, and the staff found it and even helped arrange transport to get it back to us in the city within a day. There are a lot of nice places on the territory to relax. Kids will have fun making sand castles, playing on the playground, and observing frogs, birds, snails, fish, and slugs.

Even on a fairly warm day, the swimming pool was too cold to spend time in.

The setting and location is beautiful. Very well kept. Restaurant and breakfast are amazing! Staff is super friendly.

We stayed for a week in two bedroom cottage and it could have been a bit more homier. Seems like property is geared towards short term stays bs extended stays.

The location is amazing. That's about it. The staff were really helpful.

There were bugs on the patio all the time, we could not open the windows. The bugs would go into the cottage and the kids would freak out. The beds are awful and the cottage while big in size, felt really old.
