Location. Location. Big unit. Well equiped. Just watch the stairs - very steep but adequate hand rails. Handy to buses to everywhere.
Parking - The best we found was Garage Mediterranean, at Grand Hotel Mediterranean, just outside ZTL. They do not move the car (most garages do and often off site). Booked on line at garagemediterraneo.it and quoted €150 for five days outdoors parking. I was give undercover and discounted to €120 when I picked up the car. Brilliant.
Nothing.

We loved the old town apartment. It was clean, well maintained and furnished nicely. The location is great and the walk to the river was just a couple of minutes. The walk to the Duomo was about 10-15 minutes. Andrea is so nice and helpful with lots of great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.
The only downside is that there isn’t a view from inside the apartment but at the end of a long day of sightseeing we didn’t really need it.
