Xi'an See Tang Guesthouse

Molto accogliente e pulita, avevamo la stanza dove i muri erano fatti di vetro. Situata in una via centrale con un sacco di bancarelle, la consiglio.

Ottima posizione. Camera accogliente un pochino datata.

Scarico della doccia molto lento, rimaneva tutta l’acqua. Si sentono tantissimo i rumori esterni

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the guesthouse has a pleasant and relaxed vibe, the room was cute and the beds very comfortable. The guesthouse was generally very clean. There is a washing machine on the roof that was convenient for doing laundry. The breakfast/ restaurant area is very cute and although we didn't eat there (only getting coffee) during our stay, the food smelled amazing every time we walked past. The location was very good, with old city market stalls just outside the door and a bar street with live music and chill vibes one block away. It was a very pleasant stay.

The room had few electrical outlets and one was loose and didn't hold plugs well. Plumbing is older - the shower/toilet was clogged when we checked in causing the bathroom to flood during the first shower, but they were quick to fix this. If you have an older or disabled traveller, note it's a bit far to some rooms/breakfast area with many stairs.

It was cheap and in the perfect spot. We were only in town for one night and it was just fine to rest our heads for that amount of time. Staff were fine, worked things out via translate app and we got late checkout for $5 AUD an hour.

Hard to find but our driver sorted it so no real issue. It was dirty, slimy shower and communal areas and bathrooms were pretty shabby. One pillow on the beds. It doesn’t claim to be anything more than it is, and it isn’t. The pictures are a bit generous but not completely inaccurate. It was a bit smelly but nothing unmanageable. We were pleased there wasn’t a fire, since it seemed like a bit of a death trap in case of an emergency.
