The price was very cheap for Ramadan. The rooms are clean and basic. There is a kettle. Take your own tea, sugar etc
No Parking at hotel. You have to get street parking. The shuttle takes you to Jamarat parking, you pay 8.05sar each person to take a bus to the back of Gazzah. Lots of walking. Taxis are expensive in Ramadan. 70sar to get back to the hotel from the haram as most routes are blocked by police.

Staff was good
I booked a studio room but they gave me some other room when i booked studio rooms were available when i reached there all were taken and reception made an excuse its under maintenance as these things needs to confirm before.. For me bad experience

I liked the staff first; while checking In, he gave me better room for the same amount of my original room which was very big and had all facilities inside.
I didn’t like the fact that there are no buses that takes to Alharam, but overall, the location was 5min away from the bus station.

The location and the comfort was amazing

All the staff, from the reception to the baggage handler, were highly ethical and very helpful

Credit card not needed .. late arrival and departure accepted .. location is good ..
There was only a small refrigerator and electric kettle .. no supplies / minibar was provided .. the cafeteria in the hotel remained closed throughout so there was no arrangement of even coffee/tea .. the beat mode of transport to and from Haram was a cab .. took 20 to 30 Riyals each way ..

Calm neighborhood, with a couple of assorted restaurants nearby, taxis to Haram readily available, helpful staff. clean bed. A basic clean bed to sleep with almost no other facilities.
No concierge, no room service, no utility shop as announced, narrow un-shielded showering foot-bath.
Receptionist was eating "sahour" when I arrived not caring for my delay. Credit card machine was out of order, so I had to pay in cash, which was rather inconvenient. Shuttle to Haram, as announced, not existing. Although the hotel did there basic job as a place to sleep, yet many announcements on Booking.com are false, just to catch guests. Hope these announcements are removed.

Nothing. This was the worst trip of my entire career.
Everything. Carpets were so dirty and smoke burnt were all around. Refrigerators were hard to open as the doors were stuck with carpets. Keys were not working properly and reception will force you to pay cash instead of card.
