Personal an Rezeption bemüht.

Im Lobbybereich und auf den Gängen aufgrund der hohen Anzahl Asylsuchender sehr laut. Zimmer in manchen Bereichen renovierungsbedürftig. Fremdkörper in Steckdose (gefährlich) Bettwäsche zum Teil befleckt.

Çok kötü bir yer, aile odası tutmanıza rağmen aile odası ile alakası yok ,fazla ücret ödedik, çok aşırı ses yapıyorlar ve hiç uyarı yok calisanlardan

The hotel was very well decorated as the reception area was good to sit and you get an easy way of interaction with people sitting there.

Personal sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross genug, leider nicht sauber und überhaupt keine Ausstattung

Było trochę brudno w pokoju.

W pomieszczeniach prywatnych było bardzo czysto. W przestrzeni wspólnej też bylo czysto, na ile da się utrzymać czystość przy ciągłym ruchu gości. Świetne śniadania, na bieżąco wszystko dokładane, a przestrzeń sprzątana.

W sumie nie było nic co by mi się nie podobało

Das die Türen von den Zimmern beim schließen sehr laut waren und man aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde.

Das Frühstück und die Abwicklung an der Rezeption war gut.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es lagen schwarze Haare und Dreck im Bett. Habe mich sehr geeckelt. Das hat den Besuch sehr negativ beeinflusst.

Grossräumiges Zimmer. Bad und Toilette im Zimmer, diese Kombination gibt es selten auf 8- Betten-Zimmern! Kostenloses Teewasser an der Rezeption.

Чистота, напротив продуктовый магазин, уютно, в отличии от других хостелов в комнате был санузел и душ.

Единственный минус, что рядом проходит железная дорога и слышно поезда, когда открыто окно. Но меня это не напрягало.

Ubicación. Tuvimos un problema con una habitación común donde no nos sentimos cómodas y el personal se encargó de pasarnos a una de sólo mujeres para mejorar la experiencia. Buen trato.

En una de las habitaciones parecía que había gente viviendo hace días y estaba desordenada y no muy limpia.

It is very accesible.

The place is a short walking distance from the nearby S-bahn. The hostel I stayed in had clean toilets and showers and came with security lockers (own locks required). The beds were comfortable to sleep in and bed linen was provided that had to be put on by myself. the bunk beds come with plenty of side storage (in the form of a long, narrow caged space) beside the bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My issue listed below was resolved respectfully.

I stayed for two nights, on the first night upon checking in, showering and getting ready for bed, I realised that my beds light in the dorm and the usb-ports were not working. Upon raising this to the receptionist, they were unable to help me relocate to another room or bed as the hotel/hostel was fully booked. However, upon raising this issue on the 2nd night, I was relocated to another room with usb plugs and bed lights working fine. During the hot days, it was hard to fall asleep unless I went sleep in my underwear. My recommendation is that as these summers are not going to get any cooler in the coming years, it would be great if AC's could be installed. I sweated a lot and so did many others in the room.
