Le case a schiera del Gulfside sono un complesso a bassa densità con 250 piedi di fronte alla spiaggia. Nessun grattacielo su entrambi i lati di sabbia bianca e acqua cristallina sono incredibilmente belli! Ottima posizione centrale, a pochi passi da una varietà di ristoranti, Hangout, negozi di alimentari e molti negozi di souvenir. C'è anche un grande centro commerciale vicino e alcuni negozi dell'usato divertenti! Casa di città adatta alle famiglie con un cortile privato ben curato nel centro del complesso a forma di U. Goditi la comodità di un barbecue privato, tavolo e sedie sotto l'unità e una delle più grandi piscine sulla spiaggia di Gulf Shores. Questa unità a due piani dormirà otto persone con due camere da letto, 2 bagni e 1/2, 1150 piedi quadrati, con parcheggio coperto per due auto direttamente sotto l'unità non c'è nessuno sopra o sotto di te, basta salire una rampa di scale per primo piano a pianta aperta comprensivo di soggiorno sala da pranzo cucina bagno e lavanderia. Il soggiorno ha un balcone privato con vista sulla grande piscina e sul cortile con vista sulla spiaggia. C'è anche un divano letto queen size e una smart TV da 48 pollici con Netflix e Hulu. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo ha sei sedie, due sgabelli da bar. La cucina ha un nuovo lavandino ed è completamente fornita per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze. Al piano superiore si trova una camera da letto principale con balcone privato con vista sulla piscina, bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, area salotto, TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici. La seconda camera ha anche il proprio bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, letti a castello e TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici. La nostra famiglia ha apprezzato le rive del Golfo per molti anni ed è un posto dove puoi goderti ogni tipo di intrattenimento, shopping unico e deliziosi ristoranti locali. Per noi l'attrazione principale sono le bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca dove gli amici e la famiglia si riuniscono per godersi l'acqua blu e molte emozionanti attività acquatiche. Sedie a sdraio, giocattoli e ombrellone forniti.

There were no entryway lights on, we had to search for switch. The unit had a musty odor because the air was not running & lacked proper cleaning. The entire unit is very dated, with oversized furniture which made it feel small for 6 ppl. The kitchen had a counter top microwave that was dirty. The cabinet & draws did not have liners & many of the kitchenware had spots/stains. The range oven showed spils from last use. The Upstairs berber carpet was soiled. The main bedroom mattress had stains (we didn't need to know what the cause was but that's gross). A ladder was stored under that bed! None of the mattresses had waterproof protectors nor matttress pads (gross!!). The bathroom liners were brownish red from buildup. One toilet had traces of someone's previous use making us gag!!! **Because we didnt have anywhere else to stay, we found the nearest Walmart & bought cleaning supplies & vinyl mattress covers for the beds. I put all the bedding into the washing machine on extra hot wash cycle b4 we put them back on the beds (comforters, sheets & all). Wipped down all hard surfaces. Myhusband went to work scrubbing all the bathrooms & changing the shower liners **IT WAS NightmareDay 1** I took pictures & sent to the owner, she was apologetic said she'd send the cleaners out next day. We were VERY dissapointed, as this is BasicCleanliness101. Next day cleaners vaccumed what my allergies sensed that night; changed air filter that was dbl stacked&brown w/dust. Slippers on inside

We enjoyed our quick getaway. We really enjoyed the condo. The work going on at the beach was really noisy and made it hard to enjoy our last two nights there.

Townhouse was as advertised. There are 2 flights of stairs but not bad. Close to everything, easy in and out with vehicle. Covered parking was nice. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool was great! Easy access to the beach. Overall a great place to stay! Owner responded immediately with questions.

It was perfect for us and our 3 year old granddaughters, they loved it! The pool and access to the beach was the perfect location!

We were visiting Gulf Shores for a weekend sports event. This property suited all of our needs for a short weekend stay. The location was ideal!

My family and I were in need of a short trip. This location was just what we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay. I liked the parking under the unit and the short walk to the beach, along with being close to everything you need for your stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we hope to return soon. Thanks again !!

The location was great. Right next to the pool. Short walk to the beach. All the beach and pool toys you could need. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance or short drive.
It appeared the cleaning crew didn’t do their job. There was trash on top of the dresser in one bedroom and hair balls all over. A possible insect issue. Also, if you want me to wash the towels include laundry soap.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family with 3 kids, grandma and auntie to spend a short weekend on the beach and everyone still had their own space. The location was amazing! Just a few steps to the beach or pool and all the accommodations you could want to make a beach day perfect or a homemade meal in the kitchen. Great family memories were made!

Nice having a townhouse with private covered parking for our vacation. However, We we’re disappointed how soiled the carpet was on the stairway going upstairs and also in the bedrooms. The small kitchen could use some updating and repairs made to the clothes dryer vent. The cover kept falling off. Overall we liked the beach location and closeness to restaurants and fun family activities.

We had a really nice stay. The property is a little older but priced fairly for the amazing location. We stayed with our 3 elementary aged kids and loved having the beach so close with no road to cross! Forgot something? No problem - just pop back in and get it. We had a small problem with the dryer not working properly while we were there and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again!

Our first trip to gulf shores was wonderful and even better by staying here. The place was fabulous and literally steps from the beach. The host was great and answered quickly anytime I needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property was just right for our family on our recent beach vacation. We loved being right on the beach without having to book a spot in one of the huge high rises. The beach area in front of this complex is more spacious and less crowded than other areas. We’ll definitely look to stay here again!

Took a little trip with my 2 girls before school started and it was wonderful! The condo was exactly like the description. Check in and check out process was so easy. The storage downstairs with extra beach toys and chairs was so nice! The first morning the coffee maker broke and I contacted the owner. We went out for breakfast and had a new one on the doorstep when we got back! We had a great time and the condo was perfect!

Location was perfect - walk right out to the beach or to shops/restaurants. Pool was in great shape, and we had dedicated parking. Because the property is a little older, the complex is smaller than the neighbors(a good thing). Due to this, the beach right out from the complex is less crowded than it is at the high rises. Townhouse style, so no neighbors above or below. Thought we had a maintenance issue at one point (turned out we didn't), and owner response was immediate. Thanks!

This was our second time to stay in this condo. Upgrades to the second bedroom were a plus! Everything was clean and access to the beach is phenomenal! Host is extremely easy to communicate with and quick with responses. I'm sure we will book again next summer!

Great location, very clean. So nice to be that close to the beach and everything else you needed or wanted to do for fun. Not having to lug beach stuff with in the car was great...they had it all there for you.

Good location with very easy access to the beach. This made our family vacation more enjoyable. The unit has some areas that could use updating (paint peeling on upstairs bathroom floor, scratches on pocket door, dated couches) but had everything we needed. We cooked several times and enjoyed the pool. It was nice to have access to the beach equipment in the separate outdoor closet. There was also a nice grill outside.
