Clean rooms and showers, quiet when you need to work or sleep.
For a backpacker, there is a need for a microwave for each floor, it's almost impossible to eat a hot dinner if you're working late.
I do understand that it can get messy, but I think the pros are more than the cons.
Also, need a fan in the rooms for the summer.

Staff was amazing
Smiking area in street. Felt a little unsafe.

The Staff and food are excellent.
The Construction work next door does make some noise during the night and disturb your sleep.

Happy hour and music, nice vibe.
No stairs we stayed on the 3rd floor, the guy that assisted us took the small suitcase and let my sister carry the big one. Smoking in the street not safe.Music loud at night.
