Our overall stay at Serenity Suites was good. The staff were very helpful. They cleaned our room everyday and provided water, along with helping us find places in Istanbul. The main beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was great.
We found bedbugs in our beds on the first night of our stay, but after informing the staff they changed our room. The sofa bed was broken. The internet wasn’t the best and the TV was only playing Turkish channels. This hotel does not have any transportation and is not near the Istanbul International Airport. The safe box malfunctioned and the hair dryer was blowing extreme heat, plus the vanity light was flickering.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, but the furniture needs updating. I think the price is good considering the services provided.
The garage is excellent, but there's only one key at reception, which causes the receptionist trouble opening the door every time I want to leave.

Beautiful room and layout
Extremely comfy bed
Excellent housekeeping - very attentive
Beautiful balcony view
Good size kitchen and fridge area - practical
I got it discounted so great value
All the staff were friendly and polite, especially night staff was genuinely friendly
Nice clean pool, also brilliant to see a women’s only session twice a week
The shower was terrible - the pressure was awful and the temp was either too hot or cold
WiFi was terrible, literally unusable in room
Washing machine was old and make our clothes smell
The valet service was slow even if we called 15mins in advance
Some of the staff were overly pushy for tips in their mannerisms
Weird rule for swimming forcing us to buy shower caps for baby when literally no one was using the pool

Conveniently located in a bustling neighbourhood. High rise building with balcony.
They need to keep up with the furnitures of the suite. We had to change the room due to bedbugs. The hair dryer didn’t work. The safe box malfunctioned. The TV plays just the Turkish channels and had no YouTube capabilities. The internet was slow at times.

"Actually Serenity Suits deserves higher score than the actual. It has to be measured according to the offered class.
To start with that all descriptions and pictures demonstrated the actual situation..."
