no AC - the apartment was really too hot during the day and night

Quiet room
No running water if it comes the water is yellow! we had over 50 stairs to our room and no light on the stairs. The garden is poorly maintained, the barbecue area awful. NO AC only a fan and no mosquito nets. The bathroom window is in a place where someone can see you from outside! An the owner didn't pay the tourist TAX so we had some problems when we where trying to cross the border!!!

Near the sea, peace and quiet, there is acpath at the back of the house - forest, beautiful views.

Simple and clean.
The view was really nice and close proximity to different areas, restaurants all around and still not crowded. Activities nearby such as kayak, SUP, snorkeling, scuba, car and moped rentals etc.
The owner is friendly and helpful, they live at the property. Parking is good!
If you like the simple no fuss life not connected to social media and internet I would recommend to book this area.
WiFi is available though.
There is a fan available but no air conditioning which is not a problem for us at all, fresh air is a plus!

Leo and his wife Marinela are really helpful and are attentive and courteous hosts.
The view from the apartment is exceptional and really beautiful.
I loved the silence and also clear water for a swim in the morning.

Location of the apartment is excellent for people who come to Lastovo by car because every part of island is in 15 minutes range. Also Zaklopatica is really quiet place where you can rest. Balcony has a nice view of the bay. It has few restaurants near by and has a really nice wild beach 10 minutes walking. It was clean and has enough space for couple. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
Even though it had ventilator, probably needs aircondition especially when the days are warmer.

Beautiful, peaceful location.
The apartment only had half a roll of toilet paper. There isn't a laundry service. Perhaps the description wasn't translated accurately. The WiFi didn't work.
