El personal de recepción, las instalaciones, el aire acondicionado, el desayuno...todo en general.
De los 4 días que estuvimos en el hotel, 2 días entró por error la chica de la limpieza mientras estábamos en la habitación.
Deberían poner mosquiteras en las ventanas.

Good location, nice garden with a terrace, space to live your bags if you come earlier, nice lobby
Disgusting smell from sewerage! We couldn't sleep because of it! Even with closed windows, you can feel it and your head is blowing up.
Another terrible thing is extra poor sound isolation. Our bedroom was behind neighbors bathroom and you hear them so good,that it seems they are taking shower or peeing right behind you.
Short bed with strange wooden part above the head which is not very useful and makes more discomfort.
Lot of stuff looks very old and extra used. Wouldn't come back here even because of a reasonable price.

Buffet petit-déjeuner très bien et varié.
L'hôtel fait restaurant (nous n'avons pas testé).
La terrasse du bar est reposante, les boissons très abordable.
1 thé et une boisson pétillante rondelle de citron : 4€10.
La salle de bain aurait besoin d'une rénovation.
Mais tout était propre.

Très bien placé, très propre, personnel très agréable et réactif. Petit déjeuner très copieux, beaucoup de choix et bon.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Manque de prise dans la chambre. Les boissons proposées dans les distributeurs du petit déjeuner ne sont pas terribles (beaucoup trop d’eau dans chaque préparation)

Chaîne française que France 2 avec toute les chaînes qui existe je pense que l'on pourrais faire un effort , par temps de pluie ou lorsque l'on et fatigué c'est sympa de regarder un peux la télé avant de dormir

Fantastic breakfast, good location one street away from the beach, comfortable beds and friendly service. The hotel is very close to the bus stop to and from Figueres, so really convenient for anyone who is taking public transport. We enjoyed walking the coastal path to the many local beaches and renting bikes to explore the nature reserve and quaint medieval town of Castell de Empuries.

Great Hotel. Very Clean. Much larger than I thought it would be. The Breakfast was Superb everything you could think of from Bacon and Egg to Fresh Fruit.

We liked it very much and did not dislike anything at all but would like to very gently suggest that having a small fridge in each room would make the hotel even better.

nice balcony, ok room and good breakfast. Cleaning staff had good attitiude and team spirit..
Noice from neighbouring rooms like no walls at all, luckily had quiet neighbours. Staff gave our room keys to others so someone rushed in when kids already at sleep, and no compensation from that. Room was not as spacious as in booking.com photos. Air condition took half of our small balcony space. There was 10€ difference in tourist tax against us in first payment paper and what we paid a day later since card payment machine was not functional when we arrived.

Breakfast was ok but always the same. Room furnitures are quite old but bed was ok.
Air condition in my room was very old and probably never cleaned :(

Great location, walking distance to the beach and also close street parking available. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was complete and tasty.
The wifi reach was low and water in shower had low pressure.

Breakfast was really really good. Location - ideal
Only disappointed we couldn’t get a coffee at other tunes than breakfast and make better use of the courtyard. Maybe it’s the time of year?
The other disappointment was not the fault of the hotel. The public drains outside the premises were smelly.

great location comfortable room great courtyard area served by the hotel bar, all newly refurbished during the winter great place to chill as a couple or with friends, a really good inclusive breakfast rounded off the stay
watch out if you are over six feet tall the beds are a little short

The owner was super sweet. He dropped me to the bus stop in his car early in the morning.
The staff is very pleasant, rooms are small but clean.
