I really like how close it was to Ginza's famous shopping streets. A lot of food choices around and have a few subway lines that you can use.

Great location and the staff were very accommodating.

The nearest 24h FamilyMart convenience store is just 15 metres from the front door. Hotel is located right in between 2 major metro stations, which makes travelling within Tokyo fast and simple. Rooms are tiny, but include everything you might need. Decent hotel, in case there's no time to choose, but value for money ratio is not the best.

A lot of brand stores in the area and not much else. The same luxury brands which are sold across the globe, there's no reason to fly to Tokyo for that or to stay in Ginza. The ventilation did not seem to work, had to keep the window open most of the time to get some fresh air into the room.

Excellent location one block off main Ginza strip and 5 minute walk to Ginza metro. Shopping, restaurants, and nice walk to Imperial Gardens and other sites

Bathrooms were tight and didnt have sufficient ventilation.

It is a well organized professional hotel with all city hotel facilities. The room we stayed has no view at all, but comparing other similar priced hotels, Ibis is the best..

Location was fantastic. A block away from main Ginza shopping strip and a short walk to the metro Ginza line. Access to so much within 10min walk, 20min walk if you like walking, to Imperial Gardens, Tokyo main train station, Tsukiji Outdoor Market, etc. Hotel was spotless and room was cozy and perfect. Small but efficient. Staff were always welcoming and super helpful. Breakfast can be purchased for the attached Thai restaurant. But not tasty and definitely do not recommend. Just a couple blocks away is Hoshina Coffee with delicious japanese pancakes and other dishes for less.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of Ginza. Short walk to metro and JR stations. Room was extremely small with no storage for clothes or luggage. But ok for one. Room was immaculately clean. Bed and shower were great! Staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved the location. The property is what you would expect from the Ibis brand.

It’s relatively kept clean at all times. They also catered to my request to have our rooms as close to each other.

I feel the ‘cleaning staff’ needs a little bit more training. I’m not sure if it’s the hotel’s policy but we only got 1 pillow each and had to request for extra one. There were also missing supplies (robes, towels) and bins not being emptied for both rooms. I also found a hair under the one pillow on my first day in the room…which means the sheets/pillow case wasn’t changed?

I like the location and the price of the property.

The washing machine is terrible. The machine took 2 hrs from washing to drying, but it didn't dry at all. I think washing and drying should be in different machines. Luckily I only washed once. I woke up before 7 and did the laundry

Everything you needed in a compact room. An efficient and clean place to stay. Quiet and while there was no view at all it was a reasonable place in an exciting shopping district. I would stay again.
