The property is located in a gated area, we had to drag our luggage up a hill as the taxis are not allowed up there, the owner is super friendly, but sadly he did not have his own vehicle waiting and ready at the bottom gate where the taxi dropped us off. It would have been great if he had a vehicle to take us up the steep road. The owner did come to help but we expected more as it is a steep hill and not something I would want my guests to face if they had visited my place. So a little bit more thought could have gone into this. If you plan to visit with your luggage, make sure you arrange this last 150m leg prior to arival.

Расположение великолепное! До кассы Ботанического сада рукой подать, как и до Серных бань. До храма Метехи через мост 10-15 минут. Автобусная остановка рядом, до метро не больше 20 минут. Хозяин Заза очень приветливый, угостил домашним вином, был всё время на связи. Простил мне оплошность с деньгами: при заезде мне не хватило наличных лари, Заза отнёсся к этому спокойно и забрал остаток уже при выезде. Кровати удобные, бельё чистое. Есть место развесить одежду. Есть диванчик и большой журнальный стол возле него. Есть стол с компьютерным креслом. Телевизор тоже есть, но мы его не включали.

Всё-таки жильё на цокольном этаже - не лучший вариант: темно и влажно. В санузле у раковины плесень и есть неприятный запах. Обратите внимание, что нет микроволновки. Холодильник старый, уплотнитель приходится поправлять, чтобы дверца хорошо закрывалась. Мало посуды.

A very nice apartment at an excellent location in Old Tbilisi next to Botanical Garden. It was very clean and had all the necessary appliances. The host has greeted us with wine and shown us everything. He also let us stay for some extra time because the next guests weren't to arrive until later in the afternoon. We got a great deal because the apartment was on offer at a discount price, but it seems well worth its regular price, too. P.S. Thanks for the no-smoking policy!

The apartment is below the street level right next to a pedestrian street which is moderately busy in daytime (but mostly empty in the mornings and late evenings). It wasn't a problem with the windows closed and blinds down but was somewhat uncomfortable otherwise. It would be an improvement to have something to cover the small leftmost area of the window not covered by the blinds. P.S. (Extremely minor, sharing it because it seems funny): the fridge is somewhat noisy and sounds exactly like a saucepan with boiling eggs.
