We loved the location and view. Although close to the airport, the noise from take off and landing airplanes didn’t really bother us at all. We enjoyed being in the small infinity pool or sitting on the patio under the sun sail shade looking out at the sea and black sand beach. The incorporated jacuzzi was also very nice. The garden and patio are real sun traps and there are plenty of choices of where to sit to enjoy the sun or shade. Taverna Gallini can be seen from the villa and is a very short walk from the villa and it is a lovely family owned and run place. The food and atmosphere good. Lefteris was very helpful throughout our stay at the villa. We would highly recommend stay at Incognito Villa.

The music from Nikki Beach Club could be heard most days., but we didn’t find it to bothersome although some people might not like this.

Quality villa on the beach, 2 very good restaurants close by, Gallini’s 5 min walk and Mario’s 10 min walk. (Also 2 x mini markets 5/10 mins walk) Villa was superb and outside space and pool great 👌

Only slight problem is Nikki beach hotel plays music 11am - 7Pm. Some days was quite loud others not to bad.

Grazie Lefteris!
